GENERAL

• Shipping is 100% FREE on all purchases. Orders are shipped via standard shipping service.
• Orders received before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day.
• Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped the same day the payment is credited to our account.
• You will be informed by email of your order’s shipping date.
• Discretion is our priority — packaging will never reveal what’s inside.
• Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours.
• Delivery times depend on your location.
• Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs processing time. We are not responsible for delays or customs clearance times.
• Estimated delivery time: 6–15 days.

CUSTOMS

• Depending on the delivery address, taxes may be included directly in the price.
•  For some countries, customs duties are not included and the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes if required by the customs authority.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return online purchases without giving any reason.
• The cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the product. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins when the final item is received.
• After notifying us of your intent to return a product, you have an additional 14 days to send it back.
• Products cannot be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided by MEN’S ROOM.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Refunds will cover the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs. Special shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 
• Sealed products opened after delivery: This includes items sealed for health or hygiene reasons whose seal is broken after delivery, including intimate products such as: Sex toys, including vibrators and dildos Underwear and swimwear Condoms, tablets, lubricants, and creams.
  To ensure satisfaction and maintain hygiene standards, we recommend reviewing product details, size, and compatibility before breaking the seal. Once opened, returns are not accepted for health and safety reasons.
